DarkForge is a one-person tool studio building AI-powered automation for faceless video creators. Every tool is built on a real channel, tested on real content, then packaged for anyone to run.
I'm a developer and content creator working on a faceless YouTube channel on the side. I got tired of stitching together half-baked tools and SaaS dashboards that charged monthly fees for features I didn't need.
So I started building my own. Python scripts powered by Claude API that do exactly one thing well — generate hooks, write scripts, research trends. No bloat. No subscription. You own the file and run it forever.
DarkForge is what I wish existed when I started. Every tool ships from a real workflow I use myself. If it isn't better than doing it manually, it doesn't ship.
Outside of this, I run DarkBytez and you can find more of my work at codyrussell.dev.
Every tool starts as something I need. If I can't use it in my own workflow, it doesn't ship. No imaginary use cases.
I hate subscriptions for tools I might use twice a week. You pay once, download the file, and run it as many times as you want. That's it.
Every tool goes through Claude API. Not a regex pattern. Not a word bank. Real language model generation with real scoring — because template hooks don't convert.
You need Python and an Anthropic API key. That's it. Setup guides are included. If a non-developer can't run it in under an hour, I rebuild it until they can.
